Establishment, organization, and registration of companies
We establish all types of public and private joint-stock companies, limited liability companies, sole proprietorships, partnerships, and simple recommendation companies. We also establish companies subject to the foreign investment system, industrial cities, and financial companies through the Capital Market Authority. We issue licenses for foreign investment, open branches and commercial representation offices for foreign companies, and conclude merger and participation contracts between companies. We attend founders' meetings, negotiations, and discussions, provide opinions that serve clients and comply with international regulations, prepare letters of intent, draft contracts, prepare founding documents, regulations, internal systems, organize the administrative structure of companies and institutions, obtain visas for foreign investors, and reach the final legal and administrative structure of the company.
Modification of existing companies and restructuring or liquidation
We make amendments and changes in the activities of licensed companies, modify legal positions between partners and shareholders, redistribute and offer shares or participations, participate in the study of restructuring troubled companies for their development and investment according to the necessary economic feasibility studies, or declare the liquidation of the company in accordance with legal, financial, and tax regulations. We provide the necessary documents and final reports to all relevant authorities to conclude its operations legally. We also work on evaluating the company's assets and all its related matters, liquidating it, and distributing it among partners.
International arbitration and amicable dispute resolution
We represent our clients in international arbitration courts inside and outside the country to work on resolving disputes that may arise between them and others according to international arbitration laws and conditions mentioned in contracts for settling disputes through arbitration. We also provide negotiation services through amicable methods to settle any commercial disputes before resorting to arbitration or litigation, with a team of arbitrators accredited by international commercial arbitration centers and accredited arbitrators by the Egyptian Ministry of Justice.
Settlement agreements and bank credit facilities
We provide legal and financial consulting services in all banking transactions for companies and investors, in accordance with legal and international commercial regulations. We prepare, review, and conclude all contracts for credit facilities or bank settlements, legal or financial claims, and attend meetings held inside and outside the country in this regard, with all banks.
Drafting, preparation, and translation
We prepare, review, and translate all types of commercial contracts, legal regulations, legal pleadings, and judicial submissions, and draft them in Arabic, English, or any other languages for all types of company contracts, business contracts, contracting and agency agreements, distribution and commercial representation offices, study and review them according to prevailing legal and financial systems in all Eastern countries.
Real estate investment and tourism development
We complete all the procedures for allocation from the relevant authorities to establish urban communities, villages, and tourist facilities. We obtain all the necessary licenses and approvals from ministries, government agencies, and relevant authorities. We coordinate with all government agencies and branches of the armed forces, approve survey maps, and deal with all parties to obtain licenses for the right to use beaches and coastal marinas.
Labor Issues
With our extensive experience and broad knowledge of labor laws, employment systems, social insurance, and ministerial decisions, our office provides comprehensive legal consultations to safeguard the rights of our clients, both employers and employees. We represent them before the labor office, labor dispute settlement committees, and relevant courts.
Intellectual Property
We register international trademarks, patents, copyrights, and related rights. We specialize in combating counterfeiting, infringement, and commercial fraud. Our services include providing consultations on protecting intellectual property rights for companies, representing clients before objection and grievance committees, as well as handling all disputes related to the violation of such rights before judicial and administrative authorities.
Administrative Issues and Litigation in front of the State Council
Our services encompass providing legal advice and handling lawsuits against state agencies or government entities arising from administrative decisions. This includes attending sessions, presenting arguments and discussions, as well as advocating and submitting administrative legal pleadings. We also execute judgments against the state, whether it involves administrative bodies, government entities, or individuals in their official capacities.

We also work towards the enforcement of judgments in favor of our clients.
